I didn't create The Reseller Hub because I'm a millionaire reseller with a perfect business.

I created it because when I started reselling, I really wished there was somewhere I could go to learn without feeling silly for asking a question. Somewhere supportive, where people actually wanted to help each other get better.

I started reselling after I had my daughter in 2021. Going back to my 9–5 was making my existing health issues worse, but we had bills to pay and we were struggling.
In the beginning, I was literally dragging myself around charity shops looking for things I could flip for £1 profit because every little bit of money mattered.

Reselling changed things for me.

No, I'm not a millionaire. I haven't scaled to a huge warehouse or become an e-commerce wizard (lol).

But I don't have to call an angry boss when I need a sick day.

I can take that nap when my body needs it and know my work will still be there afterwards.

I get to take my daughter to school every day. I can pay for her extracurricular clubs. I'm not relying on hand-me-downs because I can't afford new clothes, or googling food banks and wondering how we're going to pay the bills.

FAQ's
Is The Reseller Hub suitable for beginners?
Yes! If you're completely new to reselling, I'd recommend starting with The Reselling Blueprint Course.
It takes you through the reselling process from sourcing and pricing to creating listings, selling your items and more, so you can start building your knowledge and confidence from the beginning.
But The Reseller Hub isn't only for beginners. If you've already been reselling for a while, you can dip into the learning and resources that are most useful to you and use the community whenever you need support.

How does the membership work?
You can join The Reseller Hub on a monthly or 6-month membership.
Once you've joined, you'll receive a welcome email showing you exactly where to start. You'll be able to log into The Reseller Hub, access the learning and resources inside and join our private Facebook community.
You don't need to work through everything at once! Use the Hub alongside your reselling, learn what you need, put it into practice and come back whenever you need more help.

How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time. If you're on the monthly plan, you won't be charged for your next month after cancelling. If you're on the 6-month plan, your membership won't renew for another 6 months. You'll continue to have access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
​
What platforms and stock do you cover?
Most of the platform-specific learning currently focuses on eBay and Vinted, with some Depop content too.
The Reseller Hub mainly focuses on clothing, but lots of the learning around things like sourcing, pricing, listings and running your reselling can also be useful if you sell in other categories.

Is there community or 1-to-1 support?
Yes. Your membership includes access to our private Facebook community, and I'd really encourage you to join us there. It's where you can ask questions, share your wins, learn from other resellers and get my help when you're stuck.
​
I'm usually in the group during the working week, but I don't offer 1-to-1 coaching as part of The Reseller Hub and I don't work weekends. That means you can still post and chat with other members whenever you like, but if you need my input over the weekend, I'll pick it up when I'm back on Monday.
​
How often is new content added to The Reseller Hub?
There's already plenty inside The Reseller Hub to support you with your reselling, and I don't want your membership to become another massive to-do list! I'll continue adding useful learning and resources to the Hub when I think they'll genuinely help members, rather than adding content just for the sake of it.
So there's no fixed monthly content schedule and no expectation that you need to keep up with everything. Use what you need, when you need it.
